Welcome to the Mind Your Hormones Listener Community! 

 This Facebook group was designed to create a community around the Mind Your Hormones podcast! My hope is for you to take the information you learn on the podcast and turn to the group for support and conversation with like-minded women who are also working on their health and hormone journey! This is also where you will be able to connect with me deeper, and where you can give feedback on what you'd like to learn about on the podcast!

Here's what you can expect from this group: 

• Check out the threads that we will have about different topics! That's where you can connect with others who are going through what you're going through. For example, there will be a thread on infertility, transitioning off of birth control, previous Mind Your Hormones 101 alumni, where you live, etc.
