My Story...
I know this so deeply… because I lived it.
For 10 YEARS, I had irregular cycles.
I was only ovulating 3–4 times a year…and I was told that was “normal.”
Then I lost my period completely… for 2 years.
No ovulation whatsoever.
No period. NOTHING. And of course, no natural answers from my OBGYN.
I was offered:
- birth control
- medication
- “wait and see”
But I didn’t want a temporary fix. I didn’t want to eventually have to rely on medication to get pregnant when I was ready one day (because at the time I wasn’t).
I wanted my body to work.
So I went back to school for Holistic Nutrition while I was a full time public school teacher.
I learned how the human body and reproductive system actually works.
I learned how to support hormones and I finally started addressing the root causes.
And then…
I ovulated on my own for the first time in 2 years.
And the best part…? My cycle was REGULAR from that point forward for the first time in my entire life. Every time I got my period on time it was a shock.
And it stayed that way until I got pregnant naturally with PCOS on the first try.
With my Method I was also able to regulate it again postpartum.
